Lagos state Governor through his commissioner for health has reported that Lagos inhabitants who can’t get themselves tested in government’s own hospital would from this time pay N50,400 in a private research center to direct COVID-19 test.
The state’s chief for Health, Professor Akin Abayomi made this known while propelling the Lagos State Private-Public Consortium on the administration of COVID-19 to build the limit of the state government in the administration of the pandemic.
He said however the tests were being directed in government claimed research centers are free, the affirmed private labs will lead COVID-19 tests in the state at an expense of somewhere in the range of N40,000 and N50,400.
With this advancement most occupants, especially those with suspected manifestations are uneasy that they probably won’t get satisfactory consideration from the open emergency clinics or different offices, where they typically experience the screening for nothing out of pocket on the reason that the testing units are insufficient.
